Pitney Bowes launches mailing software solution to aid operational transparency

Mailing solutions company Pitney Bowes has announced that it is to launch a new mailing software solutions tool that will improve the mailing operations of businesses.
The Inview Mailstream Management Suite enables businesses to make use of a centralised system so they can track the operations and cost of their mailing logistics.
Features of the software include total meter reporting and postage management, which will serve to allow greater insight into mailing expenditure and areas where savings can be made.
Rob Goldberg, vice president of global strategy and product development and global financial solutions for Pitney Bowes, commented: "Having the ability to manage postage and other mailing expenditures from one central management account can help mailers obtain greater automation and control over their funding processes."
He added that the software will also prove useful in providing auditing facilities and integrating data that can then be used to compile budgets and reports.
Pitney Bowed joined forces with Kodak last week to provide imaging and workflow solutions to its clients.
